Proceeding from ALJHOOD believe in the importance of the social responsibility, even though it works and associated with partnerships spreading in eight Arab countries, which requires us to deal with various diversified environments and cultures, it still contributes to the promotion and work of the social responsibility within the scope of its work. This could be increased through:
- Contribute to the development of the capacities of some non- profit local community organizations by providing free training and development programs.
- Hold free annual forums with the participation of the decision makers in the organizations in order to promote the development culture and pursuit of excellence to maintain the entity of its Arab organizations in the confrontation and dealing with the rapid global changes.
- The introduction of the points program to reward our outstanding customers who believe in training and development as the basis for the success of our organization by granting them extra free programs in order to establish the concept of competencies development at the Arab administrations.
- ALJHOOD continuously works on headhunting Arab distinctive successful competencies in order to promote its experiences and expand and disseminate the benefits among Arab organizations.
Accordingly, ALJHOOD envisages to contribute to the expansion of the change culture in our organizations and building the Arab competencies capabilities to have Arab successful experiences worthy of adoption and development, and to have our business philosophy based on (continue where others have stopped).
