Etc. The globalization of many sectors, the cut-throat completion, and the technological and human development are of the most important risks facing these institutions. This entailed us to reconsider the ways and methods of leading our institutions, atop this is the organization organizational structure, the corporate system, and the organization performance to be aligned with the organization strategy and its strategic goals which the organization seeks to achieve in order to manage and invest its human resources to advance its corporate performance by improving the quality of its work and the service it renders to its final recipient.
